HDPE Double-Walled Corrugated Pipe Applications
HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipe is widely used as drain pipe. Our company has developed this production line by absorbing foreign advanced technology and independent research, incorporating multiple patented technologies.
Our new high-speed PE | PP double-wall corrugated pipe production line features a high-performance single-screw extruder and a horizontal structure forming machine with shuttle drive, sealed water-cooling, and online flaring. The system offers high automation, stable operation, and large output capacity.
Production Capabilities
The PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe production line can produce single-walled, double-wall corrugated pipe (with Pipe Belling), three-wall corrugated pipe, and various special-shaped bellows with specifications from ID90-ID1200.
