The High-Speed PE PP double wall corrugated pipe making machine/extrusion line produces pipes with diameters ranging between 90-1200mm. Designed to manufacture HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipes primarily used as drain pipes, this machine incorporates foreign advanced technology with independent R&D, resulting in patented technologies and high automation for large-scale production.

The machine features a high-performance single-screw extruder, forming machine, horizontal structure, shuttle drive, sealed water-cooled system, and online flaring. It can produce various shapes including special-shaped bellows, single-walled, double-wall corrugated pipe (with Pipe Belling), and three-wall corrugated pipe with ID90-ID1200 specifications.
